About the Role: We are seeking a knowledgeable Identity & Access Management Specialist with a strong background in developing, executing and handling robust IAM techniques and services to secure our client's info assets. The includes making sure safe and effective access to resources, alleviating expert hazards and boosting overall cyber strength. Reporting to the Cyber Resilience Manager this function contributes in keeping a safe and secure and effective access control environment. You will be executing IAM strategies, ensuring compliance with policies and managing access to resources efficiently, this role substantially Key Responsibilities: Develop and carry out a thorough IAM method aligned with the Cyber Security Strategy. Design IAM architectures that support safe and effective gain access to controls across the business. Establish and implement gain access to governance policies and treatments. Conduct regular gain access to evaluations and certifications to guarantee compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. Design and implement processes for the whole identity lifecycle, consisting of joiners, movers and leavers (JML). Implement and manage PAM services to manage and keep an eye on fortunate access. Develop and boost IAM-related incident reaction prepares to resolve prospective security incidents. Qualifications: Proven experience in IAM or related functions. In-depth understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices. Familiarity with IAM frameworks and requirements. Strong analytical and analytical abilities. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, Infotech or related field.
