Great place, good for households. Lovely place, spacious, open and with stunning views. It has probably the most unbelievable 360 degree views of Waiheke and is in such an awesome location. Great location and the house was wonderful. Good location for walking to Oneroa and exploring the rest of the island, buses depart repeatedly from a stop 10mins stroll away. The views were amazing and only a brief walk down to the seashore. Incredible 360 diploma views. 360 degree water views. Views are out of this world. Could do with a bigger Tv however the view out the deck is significantly better. A premium Waiheke accommodation for groups of up to 9, it’s each luxuriously appointed and lushly landscaped, so you’ll love your time inside and out. Conversely, inside the winter months, you will need to heat up your engine to get an excellent reading or good outcomes. Can get a bit hot on the deck with no shade but was wonderful for brief stints exterior in the solar.

A totally geared up kitchen with electric stove and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine (please supply your own capsules) and espresso perculator. FREEVIEW Tv, 2 couches, DVD participant, Bose IPOD dock, with 2 electric heaters and a couple of oil heaters within the home. The structure of the house was great and was capable of cater for a large amount of us. The home captures all of the superb things of Waiheke with the panoramic views of the island from its massive deck. Our haul was 32, and very massive snappers. The house is superb, views are impeccable. The home was effectively furnished, in excellent condition, great view and outdoor space. It was well geared up and the view is stunning. There are numerous places to go sit outdoors and relax as well. The opposite 3 bedrooms are downstairs with a 2 Queen beds, and the 4th bedroom with a set of bunks and a single bed. Master bedroom upstairs with a Queen bed, constructed-in wardrobe, beside tables and lamps. I bedroom upstairs gave us some peace whereas cousins socialized downstairs.
