Activision and Sledgehammer Games have issued a new update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 that makes a number of changes to the game, like increasing the Team Deathmatch score limit from 75 to 100. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 released last week to mostly negative reviews from critics who took issue with the game's campaign, but it has earned some praise for its multiplayer component.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer has made a number of quality-of-life improvements that have been praised by the community. The fact that the game features updated versions of maps from the 2009 Modern Warfare 2 has helped quite a bit as well, as many of those maps remain some of the most beloved in Call of Duty history. Like with all Call of Duty games, fans can expect Activision to continue releasing updates for the game well after launch, with one of the first post-launch updates for MW3 available to download across all platforms right now.

The November 15 Modern Warfare 3 update has addressed a number of lingering issues in the game. Bugs involving the controversial Call of Duty HQ app have been fixed, various issues that caused the game to crash have been addressed, and in general, fans should be able to expect better performance after the update - barring any unforeseen issues, of course. Additionally, the Team Deathmatch score limit has been upped from 75 to 100, some balance changes have been made to weapon attachments, and problems with challenges not tracking properly have also been fixed by the new Modern Warfare 3 update.
The latest Modern Warfare 3 update mainly focuses on the campaign and multiplayer, but the game's open world Zombies mode also gets some attention. Fans of Modern Warfare 3 Zombies will be happy to know that the update has fixed an issue that caused Act 2 missions to not auto-queue while in-game, as well as an issue that caused players to crash while navigating the Zombies menus. The update has also provided "various stability and map fixes" for Modern Warfare 3 Zombies, but the patch notes stop short of providing specifics on that front.
At the top of the latest Modern Warfare 3 update patch notes, Activision states that not all the changes that were originally scheduled for the November 15 update could be implemented, so they will have to wait for later. Among the changes fans can expect in future updates are movement tweaks, weapon balance changes, additional fixes for Zombies, an Experimental playlist where enemy players are outlined, and more.
